Administrative history
By 22 February 1871 a Busselton Local Committee was meeting to discuss local school matters. On 7 November 1871 the Vasse District Board of Education was elected (Government Gazette 21 November 1871). In 1922 District Boards of Education were effectively replaced by Parent's and Citizen's Associations.
