History
The Western Australian Exim Corporation Act 1986 was an Act to establish a corporation to promote economic activity relating particularly to export and import trade, and the export of Western Australian expertise; to repeal the Western Australian Overseas Projects Authority Act 1978; and for related purposes. Exim had begun operations in January 1985, prior to the passing of the Act, and was a Corporation within the Western Australian Development Corporation. Both Corporations were disbanded by the WADC and Exim Corporation Repeal Act 1998.
