History
The Dairy Products Marketing Board was established on 31 January 1935 under the Act of the same name. The Board was empowered to regulate and organise the sale, distribution and storage of dairy products, and issue and cancel licences for dealers and manufacturers. The Board, and the Act under which it operated, were repealed by the Dairy Industry Act of 1973.
