The Grain Pool was established to market certain grains, conduct seasonal pools for grains prescribed under the Grain Marketing Act and operate voluntary pools or acquire grain by private treaty. The Grain Pool is the successor of the WA Barley Marketing Board, the WA Seed Board and the Trustees of Wheat Pool of WA.
