History

The first police station was built in Vasse near Fairlawn Road about 1840. The role of the Vasse Police station included Water Police duties. On the 6th December 1861 new police quarters on Main and Princes Street were built. The name of the station was changed to Busselton Police Station on the 4th of December 1900.
