Administrative history
The Sussex Road District was gazetted on 25 January 1871 and elections were held on 25 February 1871. The boundaries of the District were defined on 12 December 1871 but not finally gazetted until 10 February 1887. The Board was amalgamated with the Municipality of Busselton to form the Busselton Road Board on 18 May 1951.

Gives name, address, description and situation of land, whether owner or occupier, value of land, number of votes. The items held for this series are undated. However some are signed by Reynolds (Chairman), Boyle and Alsford who were members of the Sussex Road Board from 1941 - 1946.
