Documents matters in relation to 'Peter the Painter' suspected of having travelled to Western Australia and known as August Maren (Russian student). He was involved in a planned jewellery theft and the murder of policemen, London, December 1910. Ernest Dreger (also Russian) had been gaoled in W.A. for stealing a gun. He was involved with the Anarchist Club, Jubilee Street, London 1909-10.
