The Hon. Paul Domenic Omodei MLA was appointed as Minister for Water Resources; Local Government in the Court Government on 10 February 1993. On 10 February 1995, the portfolio of Water Resources was replaced with that of Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs. On 9 January 1997, the portfolio of Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs was replaced with that of Disability Services. On 22 December 1999, he also gained the portfolio of Forest Products.
