Addresses presented to Governor John Hampton from the people of Perth and the Perth Council to commemorate the opening of the causeway and the laying of the Town Hall foundation stone. The Congregational Sunday Schools of Perth and Fremantle presented the final address to honour the Governor's departure from the Colony in 1868.
