The Honourable Kevin John Minson MLA held the office of Minister for the Environment; Aboriginal Affairs; Disability Services; Minister Assisting the Minister for Fisheries as part of the Court Ministry between 16 February 1993 and 25 January 1994, at which time he relinquished the portfolio of Aboriginal Affairs. He continued to hold the remaining portfolios until 10 February 1995 at which time the Court Ministry was reconstituted and he became Minister for Works; Services; Disability Services; Minister Assisting the Minister for Justice. This was amended once again on 26 April 1996 with the addition of the portfolio for Mines.
