History
The Liquor Licensing Court comprises a Judge who is required under the Act to hear and determine contested applications for the grant or removal of Category A licenses (i.e. hotels, taverns, caberets and liquor stores). All other applications are heard by the Director of Liquor Licensing (Office of Racing Gaming & Liquor).
The Court's determinations have the same weight as those handed down by the District Court.
