History
The position of Mining Registrar was established in Yalgoo in 1894 and continued until gold output dwindled in the early 1900's. The functions of the Mining Registrar, Yalgoo were transferred to the Mining Registrar, Cue who then visited Yalgoo and other mining centres on a rotational basis.
