Minutes of the Geraldton Regional Planning Committee. The Committee was chaired by the Town Clerk of the Geraldton Shire Council and was composed of representatives from the Public Works Dept., Lands Dept., Main Roads Dept. and the Geraldton and Chapman Valley Shire Councils. On occasions, the Minister for Town Planning would attend meetings, which were held on a monthly basis.
The purpose of the Committee was to report on regional planning activity in the Geraldton area and to discuss future plans.
