Administrative history
The Nurses Registration Board was established under the Nurses Registration Act of 1921. The Board was responsible for the education and discipline of nurses and the registration of all qualified nurses. The Nurses Act of 1968 repealed the previous Act and the Nurses Registration Board and created the Nurses Board of Western Australia.
