Scope and content

Register of Coolgardie town lots as registered in the Titles Office. The volume was compiled in 1900 by William Wolf, architect and surveyor of Perth. It is arranged by lot number and shows the (Titles Office) volume and folio number, date of registration, number of plan (this column not usually completed), registered owner's name and address. Subsequent transfers are shown with name and address of registered owner, date of registration and volume and folio numbers (Titles Office). It was probably compiled originally for the Municipal Council and subsequently transfers of lots were recorded when advice was received from the Titles Office. There is a nominal index but this is not updated for later entries.
