Scope and content

These registers are a record of settlers visited by the officer-in-charge of Albany Police Station as part of his patrols in the surrounding area. They record the date, the name of the settler visited, their place of residence, the settler's occupation and miles covered. As a rule, the registers do not record any incidents or further activities whilst on patrol.
