Scope and content

This series consists of speech notes used by the Hon Graham John Edwards MLC when speaking at official functions. These speeches are primarily concerned with issues relating to the portfolios of Police, Emergency Services, The Aged and Sport and Recreation. The notes provide a summary of the main points for each speech and often include background documentation relating to the topic of the speech, or other documentary information that may have been provided to the Minister to accompany the speech (such as correspondence, brochures or event details).

Some of the Minister's speeches can also be found in the Daily Papers (see WAS 2484), on the date corresponding to the function at which the speech was given.
